Due to NCAA rules we are unable to give scholarships to any camper who is in 9th grade or higher.  However, we offer a Siblings discount of $10 for the second sibling. * We can not apply discounts after you complete online registration and payment! Email coach Van Pelt at rvanpelt@messiah.edu to request your sibling discount code before registering.

A $20 Sibling Discounts is available to any sibling after the first registered child from the same household.   Email coach Van Pelt at rvanpelt@messiah.edu with the names of the siblings registering for camp and he will assign your family a discount coupon specific to your sons.

Camp registration will remain open online until we reach capacity.  We will start a waiting list at that time.  We ask all campers to register as early as possible, this allows us to do a great job in planning, organizing the camp, as well as, hiring staff.  THANK YOU!

All camp cancellation requests must be sent via email to rvanpelt@messiah.edu. Refunds less $50.00 administration fee will be made for cancellations up to 2 weeks in advance. There will be no refund for cancellations less than a 2 weeks prior to the start of camp unless due to injury. If injured, the camper must present a doctor's note to receive the refund less the administration fee.

Camp Check in is between 7:00AM - 8:30AM on Monday (unless you picked the Resident Camper + Sunday Night option).  We ask that all resident campers try to arrive between 7:00-8:00AM and all Day campers arrive between 8:00-8:30AM on Monday morning.  Check in will be located in Brubaker Gymnasium in the Eisenhower Campus Center.  The Messiah College Address is:  One College Ave.   Mechanicsburg, PA 17055

If you will be late for check in due to a vacation, sporting event…. Please let us know via email at: rvanpelt@messiah.edu as soon as possible so we can make a note of it.  Depending on what time you will arrive, we can work with you to figure out the best way to check in at camp.  We get right into training sessions on Monday morning so it is very important to make every effort to be on time to maximize your time at camp.  If you are expectantly running late on check in day please call or text coach VanPelt at: 717-557-7738

At camp check in you will be asked if you want to deposit any money into the camp bank.  This is strongly encouraged if the camper will be purchasing any snacks, pizza, drinks, or camp apparel from the camp store.  The store will not be set up to make cash sales.  Whenever a camper purchases an item from the camp store it will be deducted from their balance.  At the end of camp the balance will be returned to the camper.

This really varies.  Campers in the past have put in anywhere from $10 - $100.  If a camper runs out during the week they may deposit more money if possible.  Also, any money that is not spent will be returned to the camper at the end of the session.

Yes we will have a certified ATC on staff for camp.  They will be at each session and will work hard to communicate with parents in treating injuries that occur at camp.

Yes.  Our Dining Hall staff can prepare special meals.  Please contact us and we can put you in touch with our dining hall.

Due to construction on the new fitness center, pool, and arena we can not guarantee that the pool will be available in the summer of 2017.

Parents may attend any of the sessions that fit into their schedule.  We ask that when observing the camp in Hitchcock Arena that you watch from the track whenever possible.  This will keep the gym floor as clear as possible.
